Who we are

Memory Companion is a product of Memory Companion, Inc., Brentwood, California, founded 2024. These terms apply to this marketing website. They do not replace the App Store terms that will apply when the iPhone and iPad app is available.

Wellness disclaimer

Memory Companion is a general wellness and caregiver-support app. It is not a medical device. It may help families living with dementia or aging in place. It does not treat, slow, diagnose, or detect decline, and it does not send clinical alerts.

Memory Companion does not provide medical advice, nursing advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for a clinician, emergency services, or in-person care. If someone is in danger or needs urgent help, call local emergency services.

What this site is for

This site describes an alpha version of a product that is coming to the App Store. It is informational. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, a clinical relationship, or a guarantee of availability on a particular date.

Pricing

Planned monthly prices shown on the site are Essential $29, Family $49, and Always-On $99. Those figures may change before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell the app today.

Family-authored instructions

When the app is available, family caregivers author care instructions, the daily plan, and comforting topics. Those instructions are not medical orders. Memory Companion, Inc. is not responsible for decisions made from companion conversations.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit another person's health information, to harass anyone, or to attempt to break the site. Waitlist messages should include only a name and email unless Randy Adams asks for something else.

Intellectual property

Memory Companion, the site copy, and related marks are used by Memory Companion, Inc.. You may share links to this site. You may not copy the site to imply a partnership or medical endorsement that does not exist.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is for general information. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Memory Companion, Inc. is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or from relying on marketing descriptions of a product that is not yet on the App Store.
