This policy describes the public marketing website for Memory Companion. It is not the privacy policy for the iPhone and iPad app. When the app is listed on the App Store, it will have its own notice that explains how conversation data, profiles, and transcripts are handled.

What we collect here

This website does not collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, or detailed care notes through the waitlist form.

If you join the waitlist, you may share:

• Your name
• Your email address

The waitlist sends your name and email to randy@randycadams.com through a form delivery service so we can follow up about Memory Companion and App Store availability. You also receive a short confirmation email. We do not keep a health profile, and we do not ask for medical details.

What we do not collect here

• Health information, memory assessments, or care plans
• Account passwords or payment cards
• Location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio through this site
• A marketing account or login

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on ordinary web infrastructure. Hosts typically keep short-lived technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to operate and secure the site. We do not use those logs to build a health profile.

Cookies and advertising

This marketing site does not use advertising cookies or a third-party ad network. It does not sell personal information.

Children

This website is for adult family caregivers and other adults considering Memory Companion. It is not directed at children.
